For tired minds: Sit, Breathe, With Awareness...

We are all Very tired… Exhausted...

Physical tiredness… Mental tiredness… Tiredness of the eyes… Tiredness of

thoughts… Tiredness of feelings...

Something needs to happen… We need to reach somewhere… We need to change something…

This pressure, Without us knowing, Has filled up inside...

At this moment, It doesn’t matter where you are…

You might be on the bed… Sitting in a chair… Or on the floor…

Right now, There is no need to fix anything. There is no need to achieve anything.

Exhale... Along with the breath... Let go of the body's exhaustion... Let go of the mind's fatigue... Exhalation (Breathe out)...

Take another deep breath in... Now, exhale all the pressure along with the breath... Exhalation...

These few minutes… Let us change nothing.

Just… As things are… Let us be.

Turn your attention Towards your breath.

Notice the breath Coming in…

Notice the breath Going out…

Do not change it… Do not control it…

Just notice... If the mind wanders… It’s okay.

If thoughts come… It’s okay.

Do not push them away… Do not fight them…

Just notice… And slowly, Come back to the breath...

In this moment… There is nothing wrong with you… You are not broken… You are not left behind… You are just… tired. This is human nature.

Notice the sensations Happening in the body..

Let the shoulders loosen a bit… Let the face relax… Let the pressure behind the eyes Melt away a little…

One slow breath in… And slowly out…

This ease (calm).. Is not new to you. It is already within you.

When we stop and notice for a bit, It is always there... Waiting for your arrival...

Just a few more moments… Simply Be with this awareness...

This ease is you.. This awareness of ease is you...
