The Joy of Sharing (and Still Learning)

For over 15 years, meditation has been a constant companion in my life. From those initial profound experiences with Osho's Dynamic Meditation to exploring the depths of Buddhist practices, it's been a journey of continuous discovery. It's not a path I force myself onto; rather, it's a natural unfolding, a source of incredible nourishment and peace. I haven't "figured it all out" – far from it! The journey is very much still on, and I am, like all of us, a work in progress.

Recently, however, I've felt a new impulse: the joy of sharing. There's a lightness, a sense of overflowing happiness that comes from these practices, and I feel called to share that with others. I'm not here to present myself as a master, but as a fellow traveler on this incredible path of inner exploration. If anything in my journey resonates with you, or if you're curious to explore meditation together, I'd love to connect.
