The Question That Started It All

It all began in 7th standard with a single, perplexing question: "Where did this whole universe come from?" I was fascinated, believing science, especially physics, held the key. I dove deep into theories and equations, loved every bit of it, but still, something felt missing. The answers I found, while profound, didn't quite touch the core of that initial wonder.
Then, during my MSc, a friend casually suggested, "Why don't you read the Upanishads?" That simple suggestion opened up an entirely new world. I quickly realized that to truly grasp what those ancient sages were pointing to, reading wasn't enough. I needed to experience it. I had to meditate. Call it fate, or a gentle nudge from the universe, but around that same time, I stumbled upon an article in Speaking Tree where Osho described his Dynamic Meditation. It resonated instantly. I decided to give it a try, and that's when my real journey began.
