1. Introduction

"Namaste. Since birth, we have been told one thing repeatedly: 'You must become better,' 'You have these flaws,' 'You need to fix yourself.' From the moment we wake up until we go to sleep, we are running after some form of Perfection.

But today, I want to tell you something surprising: You do not need to fix or correct yourself. Yes, you heard that right. This might sound strange because the world thinks exactly the opposite. But only by understanding this truth is real peace possible in life."

2. The Conflict

"We have started viewing ourselves as an 'object to be repaired.' We wage a war against our natural emotions, thinking, 'I have anger, I must fix it,' or 'I have fear, I must uproot it.'

From the perspective of psychology and spirituality, whatever you resist, persists and grows stronger within you. The moment you think you are 'not okay,' dissatisfaction and stress begin. In this world, nothing is perfect, yet everything is in balance in its own way."

3. Realization & Acceptance

"Meditation is not about changing ourselves; it is about knowing ourselves exactly as we are. A flower doesn't think it needs to change to bloom; it blooms according to its natural essence.

When we try to 'fix' our anger, pain, or confusion, we become our own enemies. Instead, start observing them by saying, 'Yes, right now, I have this emotion.' Change is not something forced; it is a natural process that arises from awareness. The moment you accept yourself completely, your anxieties begin to dissolve on their own."

4. Practical Application

"Try a small exercise from today. When you stand before a mirror or sit in solitude, do not think about your flaws. You are not those emotions... you are the awareness that knows them. When you simply let those emotions be, without any judgment, they begin to melt away on their own—just like mist disappears in the sunlight. And then, a sense of relief follows.

But remember, you are not this 'relief' either. Emotions come and go... relief comes and goes... but you are the Awareness that knows them all. You are not an object to be fixed; you are a magnificent consciousness to be realized. Stop the urge to fix; start learning to love and know yourself. Only then will the wind of true change blow in your life."

5. Conclusion
